On Oct 9^th, the 2018 University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) Study Tour kicked off in Zhejiang University (ZJU) Zhoushan Campus. Xiao Pingwang, deputy dean of Ocean College, attended the opening ceremony and addressed a welcome speech to all students and the teacher from UTAR. Dr. Wei Yan introduced ZJU and explored the ocean college in terms of history, current situation and research directions. 

In the following 10 days, students are involved in academic lectures, field trip, industry visit and cultural activities on and outside the campus. UTAR students are very pleased with the program and look forward to joining ZJU in future.
